The festival takes place on Sunday, October 25, 2026 at Village East by Angelika in New York City, bringing together filmmakers and audiences exploring emerging forms of cinema.
Individual theatrical screenings are reserved for award-winning films. The winners will be announced during the festival, so this finalist recognition does not yet confirm a theatrical screening or an award.
Online showcase
The festival has also announced a Future Reality × DeoVR online showcase beginning October 26, 2026 and running for 90 days. Online participation requires a separate agreement and registration; the film's participation in the online showcase should not be assumed until confirmed.
